1. When can I get my orders delivered?
Under normal circumstances, your orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days (except Sun and Holidays)
You will receive a call from our friendly fulfilment team in the morning of the day when your order is ready to be delivered and another call when they are on the way to your house or office.
In the event of delay beyond the above standard duration, our friendly fulfilment team will give you a call to inform accordingly.
2. What is the area covered?
Our Free Delivery with No Minimum Order covers majority of Klang Valley, to check if your area is within our coverage, please (click here) for postcode.
3. What should I do when my order is delivered?
You are encourage to check to ensure your order is completely delivered in good condition.
4. I received an incomplete order, what should I do?

5. Within how long should I inform Potboy about damage/incomplete/incorrect item delivered?
We appreciate if you could notify us within 48 hours upon receiving damage/incomplete/incorrect item (click here) contact us. We will assist you immediately.
6. Can Potboy deliver my order to my office?
Potboy will deliver your order following the address you provide during checkout, regardless it is your home or office address.
